All aerial services are subject to FAA Part 107 rules and will only be flown when conditions and regulations allow. Listings will be photographed in their current condition at the time of the shoot. When possible, we’ll make small adjustments or tidy minor items to ensure the property looks its best. All scheduled shoots are expected to be ‘photo-ready’ upon our arrival. If a listing is not prepared and requires rescheduling, a cancellation and reschedule fee may apply. Listings located more than 20 miles from Atlanta will include a travel fee, calculated at the current standard mileage rate.
