AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are ERICSUNPHOTOGRAPHY, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), registered in Georgia, United States.

We operate the website http://www.ericsunphotography.com (the "Site"), as well as related products and services that refer to or link to these legal terms ("Services").

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The Services are intended for users 18 years and older. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

OUR SERVICES

We provide photography and videography services including but not limited to, commercial branding, real estate media, corporate events, headshots, and architectural & interior design photography. Services are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion.

All inquiries are subject to signing an agreement and paying a deposit. We reserve the right to deny any inquiry for any reason.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.

  • Final payment is due upon receipt of deliverables.

  • Accepted forms of payment: PayPal (via invoice link) and Credit Card.

  • Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee per month after the due date.

  • All pricing is subject to adjustment based on service changes prior to signing a service agreement.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of a shoot forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling is permitted within 90 days with the same deposit applied.

  • Follow-up shoots after 30 days may be treated as new projects subject to new fees.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Standard delivery of deliverables is between 1 to 6 weeks depending on the project size.

  • Specific timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

  • ERICSUNPHOTOGRAPHY retains full copyright to all images, videos, and deliverables.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose.

  • Deliverables may not be resold, heavily edited, or redistributed without written permission.

  • ERICSUNPHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to use all deliverables for portfolio, advertising, and marketing purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Acts of God

  • Venue restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseeable equipment failures

We are not liable for consequential damages exceeding the fees paid for services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
